My mom and I enjoyed the class very much. We picked up some useful tips and great recipes! The class size when we attended was a little larger than usual. Should try to avoid having more than 8 in a class as it gets to be a little hectic and less attention when there is such a large group. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
Point well taken Scott. We try to keep to our maximum per class. Last class we welcomed an out-of-town guest from Australia. I also try to keep couples or family members together in the registratons. Sometimes this can put us over our limit.
